Bandwidth alone is all about the number of visitors (traffic) you have visiting your Virtual Rental/Lease Property on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
The average Web Property uses less than 2 GB of bandwidth a month, but depending on size of the Site, this number can go up to at least 10 GB.
All Virtual Models include unmetered Web Hosting Services. This means that you have unlimited bandwidth and disk space with one exception **.
Virtual Rental/Lease Properties are scanned at least once a month to check for any broken links and bandwidth usage. This scanning is conducted on the eve of the upcoming rental or lease payment. If more bandwidth is needed, a Virtual Property Manager will determine how much and add more bandwidth for your Virtual Rental/Lease Property.
**Your Virtual Rental/Lease Property may be flagged for appearing to be storing old or outdated content on rented or leased Virtual Property. This easily happens when you continue to submit new content but fail to request the removal of the old content.
If YOU violate this condition, YOU will be notified and given 48 hours to remedy the problem. Failure to do so will result in YOU being billed for the overages.
GRIOTSITES.COM will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
If you are wanting to add additional content to your Virtual Rental/Lease Property Establishment, please note that the more you add, the more bandwidth and disk space you will need to utilize in order to operate your Web Property effectively online.
Based on our experience as Web Designers, Developers and Managers, it is our understanding that image-driven or video-streaming Web Properties or "websites" are expected to produce more traffic requiring more monthly bandwidth than normally required.
