WEBSITE RENTAL SERVICES AGREEMENT TERMS
The agreement contained in this “Website Rental Agreement” is between Virtual Web Property Brokers Website Rental Services™, (“Company” or "Website Rental Services) and you (“Virtual Tenant/Client”) constitutes the sole agreement between Company and the Client regarding renting a Virtual Property from Company.
Rental Terms:
14.1. Each Virtual Rental Property plan include the allotted number of webpages (1 to 3 maximum) according to the plan chosen.
14.2. Virtual Rental Property
terms are:
• 30 days (1 month),
• 60 days (2 months),
• 90 days (3 months) and
• 120 days (4 months).
In case you desire longer terms, you, may apply to lease a Virtual Model instead. Lease terms are:
• 180 days (6 months),
• 270 (9 months), and
• 365 (12 months).
Rental Agreement Terms:
14.3. Your Web Rental Agreement will officially begin 24 hours after you receive your "Welcome" letter.
14.4. You have up to 3 days or 72 hours to submit all content marked for inclusion on your selected Virtual Rental Property.
14.5. You are allowed unlimited edits during the “Move-In” stage, unless the work you are requesting is outside of original scope of work. If a request is made that is not included in Rental Plan, a separate invoice will be sent to you requesting the new payment prior to work being performed.
14.6. Launch times are normally set for 3 days or 72 hours unless other issues arise such as missing content, late feedback from the Virtual Tenant, etc. The responsiveness, readiness, availability and completeness of content provided by you, the Virtual Tenant will determine the launch date.
