13.1. WIP Credits are issued to each Virtual Tenant's Account to be used for minor edits, updates, and troubleshooting. To keep track of these credits, WIP balances are accessed via the WIP Account registered to you. 

13.2. All WIP Credits are replenished at the time rental/lease payment is received on or by the due date. Additional requests submitted are billed at $45 per hour.
