Virtual Model Purchase

6.1. All listed Virtual Properties are valued at 12 months of service, to include website maintenance and Web Hosting services. These Models can be purchased at any time during the rental/lease period.

6.2. Virtual Models may be purchased from Website Rental Services based on Virtual Site value. The "Buyout" amount is based on the actual market price set on GriotSites Web Hosting & Designs.

Rent-to-Own Purchase

6.3. Some monies may be used from monthly rental/lease payments towards purchasing a "Rent/Lease-to-Own" Virtual Model. Terms and details are provided upon request by submitting a Ticket via the WIP Forum. 

6.4. Website Rental Services will assist in handing off administrator access to You, the Virtual Tenant, and transferring the Virtual Model to preferred hosting. All recurring management and in-house services will be terminated unless purchased separately.
