Website Rental & Leasing Services Terms

2.1. You, the Virtual Tenant, acknowledge and understand that a Billing Account will be set up and registered to you in order to make Virtual Rental or Lease payments. This account is terminated upon the expiration or termination of the rental or lease agreement.

2.2. You, the Virtual Tenant, acknowledge and understand that a monthly invoice is automatically generated 3 days before the first of each rented or leased month.

2.3. You, the Virtual Tenant, acknowledge and understand that a Late Fee of $10 will be applied to your Virtual Rental/Lease invoice if payment is not received on the 1st by 11:59 PM MST.

Monthly Rental/Lease Payment.

2.4. Virtual Tenant agrees to pay to Website Rental Services or its Web Property Owners, the Rent or lease payment in equal monthly installments on or before the first day of each full calendar month during the Lease Term.

2.5. If You, the Virtual Tenant, miss a Rental/Lease payment, or your payment was declined, a notice will be sent requesting the missed payment plus daily late fees. If rental or lease payment is not receive within 3 days, Website Rental Services will issue an eviction notice, and all content will be removed and deleted on the 5th day of missed payment.

Website Rental Services reserves the right to disable Virtual Tenant’s Virtual Property until payment is received in full, or until Agreement is officially canceled for non-payment.

2.6. You, the Virtual Tenant, acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, and Website Rental Services offers no partial or full refunds of any kind on any purchase unless otherwise expressly noted, even if your Services are suspended, terminated or transferred before the end of the Virtual Rental/Lease Agreement.

2.7. You, the Virtual Tenant must make monthly Virtual Rental or Lease payments on or by the due date. Late payments will incure a fee if not received by 11:59 PM MST on the established date found in your "Welcome Letter".

2.8. You may request to make auto-payments via debit or credit card. You will be prompted to log into your assigned Billing Account to turn this feature on.

E-check Transactions:

2.9. In the event that a payment is returned due to Insufficient Funds (NSF), an automatic NSF Fee of $25.00 will be charged to You, the Virtual Tenant the same account from which this payment was initiated.

Laws Affecting Electronic Commerce

2.10. Periodically, governments enact laws and levy taxes and tariffs affecting Internet electronic commerce. You, the Virtual Tenant, acknowledge, agree, and is solely responsible for complying with such laws, taxes, and tariffs, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Website Rental Services and Associates from any claim, suit, penalty, tax, or tariff arising from You, the Virtual Tenant, exercise of Internet electronic commerce.

2.11. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Virtual Rental/Lease Agreement, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
