WEBSITE RENTAL VIRTUAL PROPERTY EVICTION TERMS
9.1. You, the Virtual Tenant, acknowledge and agree that Website Rentals Services will evict a Virtual Tenant for failing to pay rental or lease payments on time.
9.2. You, the Virtual Tenant, acknowledge and agree that Virtual rent or lease payments are considered late the day after it’s due date. Grace periods (if any) are addressed in the rental agreement/lease.
9.3. You, the Virtual Tenant, acknowledge and agree that once a rent or lease payment is past due, the Website Rental Services must provide Virtual Tenants with a 3-Day Notice Pay prior to removing and permanently deleting all personal web content.
9.4. You, the Virtual Tenant, acknowledge and agree that the Virtual Eviction Notice allows the option to pay the past due amount in full within 3 days in order to avoid permanent web file deletion.
9.5. You, the Virtual Tenant, acknowledge and agree that if past due payments are not received by 11:59 PM MST by the end of the notice, Virtual Property Manager will may proceed with the eviction process.
9.6. If You, the Virtual Tenant, miss a rental/lease payment, or your payment was declined, a notice will be sent requesting the missed payment plus daily late fees.
The Notice for Nonpayment of Rent or Lease will include:
9.7. If rental or lease payment is not receive within 3 days after due date is missed, Website Rental Services will issue a Virtual Eviction Notice, and all content will be removed and deleted on the 5th day of missed payment.
9.8. Website Rental Services reserves the right to disable Virtual Tenant’s Virtual Property until payment is received in full, or until Agreement is officially canceled for non-payment.
9.9. You, the Virtual Tenant, acknowledge and agree that a 3-Day Notice to Pay will be sent to you email requesting payment on all past due balances.
9.10. Virtual Tenant has 3 days to either pay all past due rental or lease payments or leave (move-out) a Virtual Rented or Leased Property.
9.11. You, the Virtual Tenant, acknowledge and agree that all amenities, including Web Insurance Plans (WIP) will be suspended 1 day after rental or lease payment is missed.
Virtual Rental/Lease Property Repossession
9.12. You, the Virtual Tenant, acknowledge and agree Website Rental Services will restrict or deny access or entrance (no longer visible to the public) to a Virtual Rental Property by suspending bandwidth and/or diskspace.
9.13. You, the Virtual Tenant, acknowledge and agree that defaulted payments will result in vacating or surrendering possession of the rented or leased Virtual Property.
9.14. You, the Virtual Tenant, acknowledge and agree that you will not qualify for Relocation Assistance. Web files will be deleted upon eviction.
