WEBSITE RENTAL & LEASING MOVING WEB CONTENT TERMS
Move-In Date and Site Launching:
4.1. Website Rental Services agree to perform the Move-In tasks, Site publishing task, and to maintain a Virtual Rental/Lease Property for the awarded Virtual Tenant according to agreed upon specifications and the package option(s) selected.
4.2. Move-In dates cannot be changed once Virtual Agreement is processed. Your Virtual Rental/Lease Property will remain empty and/or unlaunched until you have electronically signed off on the pre-launch event.
4.3. Monthly Rental/Lease payments are expected to be received on the date and time specified in your "Welcome Letter". Payment is still collected on Virtual Rented/Leased Property, whether you are published online or not.
4.4. After all content is moved in and setup is complete on selected Rental/Lease Virtual Property, a final request will be sent via email. You will be required to review the changes to your new Virtual Rental/Lease Property because this is the last step before online publishing.
Timelines:
4.5. The average publishing turnaround time is 3 business days. Constant communication and follow up feedback via phone, in person, or email between Website Rental Services and You, the Virtual Tenant, is necessary to complete assignments on a timely basis and is a huge factor in the estimated timeline.
4.6. Any requests made after launching are subject to “Website Maintenance Plan" guidelines.
