1.2. You, the Virtual Tenant, agree that Website Rental Services or GriotSites Web Hosting & Designs does not operate as a storage or archive for additional content not needed for your current Virtual Rental/Lease Property.

1.3. You, the Virtual Tenant, agree to proofread and edit/correct any grammatical errors such as;

Subject-Verb errors,

Sentence Fragments,

Missing Commas,

Misusing Apostrophes,

Missing Commas In a Compound Sentence,

Misplaced Or Dangling Modifiers, or Wrong Word Usage.
