WEBSITE RENTAL OWNERSHIP AND COMPANY RIGHTS TERMS
Rental/Lease Terms Regarding Virtual Property Ownership:
5.1. Website Rental Services™, a division of GriotSites Web Hosting & Designs, retains ownership of all Virtual Model designs, features and functionality created on our company's Domain Name until acquired by You, the Virtual Tenant, under Virtual Rent/Lease Terms.
5.2. You, the Virtual Tenant, retain the rights to all personal content submitted during the "Move-In" period such as text and graphic content.

5.3. Website Rental Services™, GriotSites Web Hosting & Designs™, and Griot International, LLC™ retains the right to display graphics and other web design elements of your Rental/Leased Virtual Property as examples of our work.
Company Details
5.4. Virtual Tenant agrees that Website Rental Services may put a company seal (GriotSites) and hyperlink on the bottom pages of all Virtual Properties. This seal establishes Site ownership and a copyright notice details.
Virtual Tenant may request to hide copyright details and seal for an additional $39.00 per month. These details will be restored after the rent/lease period has expired.
Independent Contractor
5.5. Virtual Tenant acknowledges that the services rendered by Website Rental Services under this Agreement shall be solely as an independent contractor. It is expressly understood that this undertaking is not a joint venture.
