WEBSITE RENTAL SETUP FEES, PAYMENTS AND CHARGE TERMS
SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
Website Rental Services offers a combination of rental or lease plans which the Virtual Tenant must be subscribed to, subject to the need of the Virtual Tenant, and upon payment of applicable fees.
Setup Fees,
7.1. A one-time Setup Fee of $49 is due when submitting first Month's rental or lease payment. You, the Virtual Tenant, acknowledge and agree that this fee is non-transferrable or refundable.
7.2. You, the Virtual Tenant, acknowledge and agree that all Setup and pre-Move-In charges must be paid in advance according to the current prices applicable to the Service(s) being obtained.
The charges for one month of rental or lease services (to include any deposits, activation and installation charges) are due prior to the start of the Services.
7.3. You, the Virtual Tenant acknowledge and understand that a substantial amount of time is required to Set up a Virtual Rental/Lease Property before you can launch.
The Setup Phase Includes:
☑ Preparing the awarded Virtual Rental/Lease Model for launching by swapping out "staging" content with Your personal content.
☑ Checking all submitted images and text for Copywrite Infringement. If Your content fails the Copyright scan, You, the Virtual Tenant, will be notified immediately by Your Virtual Property Manager (VPM).
☑ Setting up Your Billing Account and Dashboard to offer features such as checking archived invoices, making a rental or lease payment, or printing out reports for record keeping or tax purposes.
☑ Setting up Your Website Insurance Plans Account so that You will have the ability to submit maintenance, update, and troubleshooting requests.
